OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Not happy with your purchase? 

No worries! Full-price merchandise may be returned for a full refund, online store credit or exchanged within 20 days of the delivery date.

All items purchased on sale can be returned for credit only.

All items being returned must be in original condition, unworn and with original tags and dust covers intact.

Poppi reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the merchandise does not meet the Return and exchange Policy. All returns must conform to the guidelines of our return policy and must be accompanied by the original invoice. 

ONLINE PURCHASES 

POPPI does not pay for online returns. We recommend you use one of the following carriers such as USPS (with tracking & confirmation deliver), UPS, or FEDEX for your returns. If you opt NOT to use an insured delivery service, POPPI cannot not accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit.

Pack your return merchandise securely and include the original sales receipt and any other information you would like to include, i.e. wrong size.

All online returns will include a $8.00 handling fee deducted from the total of your refund.

REFUND PROCESS

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the returned shipped date for your account to be credited.

In-store returns will be processed at the time of the return.
